In all likelihood, there is zero hair multiplication involved, i.e., you will not increase the number of hairs on your head. You will simply redistribute the hairs from the back of your head (donor) to the balding areas in the front and crown, just like any other hair transplant.
Some months ago 534623 talked about it but I couldn't find it anymore. I wonder if him or another forum member has anything to say about the improvements we can expect with Dr. Ghos technique in the near future? Would it ever be possible with HST to have a greater multiplication ratio than 1:1?

Great work with the analysis! It seems that it backs up the conclusion many of us came to a few years ago - that Gho is essentially splitting follicular units and there isn't any multiplication occurring. It's a shame that HASCI continues to advertise the HST procedure as hair multiplication when that clearly isn't the case.
Hair multiplication is the "Holy Grail" of this industry. Up to this point, nobody has been able to demonstrate hair multiplication in a consistent and practical manner, even if the multiplication rate is x2 for HST. By proving that this is possible on a platform like the Bald Truth, you're immediately speeding up the whole process.
