I have gotten 2 of these cheapie 8500le's from Sapphire for some systems I built. On both cards (with the 5ns memory) reliable clocks have gone 300 core and 240 on the memory. Good card for under $90.
IIRC, the OEMs were clocked at 90 MHz and the retails were clocked at 105 MHz. I had a retail one a few years ago and can't remember what I ran it at. Maybe 115 MHz, I dunno.
