I dropped some supplies off to @alirand and @carroll_lb today and on my way home I took some video. This is from TODAY. 175 days after the tornado. I’m sure there are days when you are sick of hearing about the tornado from me and there are definitely days that I am sick of talking about it but imagining stopping is even more heartbreaking. 6 months. Sunday November 16th is 6 months since the tornado hit. Citizens should not be waiting on help. They should not be waiting on insurance. They should not still have trees and bricks to pick up. Never could I have ever imagined that 6 months ago that almost NO ONE's home that was critically damaged from the tornado would have NO Place to call home yet. So many of these homes have elderly people on fixed incomes that are now looking at homeless shelters for the winter....to survive. Cynth

Cynthia came over today and opened ALL her Christmas Cards! She is looking forward to reading them all AGAIN and plans to hang them all on her wall in her apartment. She spent an hour reading them all today! And after she left, FIVE more arrived. I can’t wait to surprise her with more! | RF Home Co
